In September, 2021, the partners purchased the more than forty nine acres on Piney Woods Church Road.  Once a family homestead and working cattle farm, the partners fell in love with the rolling pastures, gently rolling hills, picturesque fishing pond, and stands of mature trees.  Together, they envisioned Farmstead at Piney Woods, where four special owners would join them and build their dream homes.

 

Owner/partners Lemm and Michaelides, principals with the award winning, Atlanta-based landscape architecture firm of Land Plus Associates, Ltd., created a land plan identifying six unique home sites along the country lane as it winds through the property.
